1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 1xdet ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using our services through the 1xdet website, mobile app or any other digital channel, you fully accept these terms.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

1xdet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the total bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. No bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• 1xdet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Promotional offers may have their own specific expiry periods.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

5.4 VIP Program

The 1xdet VIP program has 5 tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular and long-term membership. Cashback is credited directly to your account and its own terms and conditions apply.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

1xdet offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other international sports. Once a bet is finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Odds in live betting may change due to technical issues. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots operate under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be found in the game interface.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

1xdet will not be held responsible if your internet connection is lost while playing a game. In most games it is possible to return to the previous game state once the connection is restored. However, if this is not possible for technical reasons, 1xdet will take appropriate action.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xdet platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds.

• Creating an account by providing false information.

If any such activity is detected, 1xdet reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action if necessary.

8Account Closure and Suspension

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Identified as a minor.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, all valid withdrawals will be processed and the balance will be paid out in accordance with the applicable terms.
